Dodgeball for Diabetes

What We Are

With the help of some great friends, Dave Erb founded the Dodgeball for Diabetes charity in 2004 to raise money to defeat diabetes and to educate people about what it really means to live with Type 1 diabetes.

Raising Money
Since the inaugural tournament in 2005, our tournaments have raised over $192,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Helping to Educate
We want to raise awareness for the everyday details people often overlook, taking insulin every time they eat, pricking their finger multiple times a day, and living with the consequences of high or low blood sugar.

Registration Packets for Twenty-Second Annual Ephrata Dodgeball Tournament Now Ready

Now available for download are entry forms and rules for the 2026 Twenty-Second Anniversary tournament to be held at the Ephrata Senior High School. In a few days, entry forms should be available from Mr. Geyer (Room 129, High School) and Mrs. Schlinkman (Middle School Office, Middle/Intermediate School).

The tournament is scheduled to be played on November 13th and 14th.

Twenty-Second Anniversary Tournament Announced

Preparations have begun for the twenty-second annual Ephrata Dodgeball Tournament. This year's tournament will once again be sponsored in part by www.ephratamounts.com and the Ephrata Basketball Booster Club.

We are pleased to announce that the tournament dates have been set for November 13th and 14th.

There will once again be three divisions, the age requirements for each division are as follows: Rookie (5th and 6th grades only), Junior Circuit (7th and 8th grades only), and the Senior Circuit (9th through 12th grades only).

We will soon have download material ready.
