Sixth Ephrata Dodgeball Tournament Fall 2009
EphrataMounts.com celebrated the sixth annual Dodgeball Tournament, crowning three champions for the Fall of 2009. Forty-four teams comprising of over 293 players came together to to have fun while raising money for Juvenile Diabetes.
The Tournament designed to raise money for Juvenile Diabetes raised over $14,000 profit, marking the fourth straight year that over $10,000 was raised.
The Champions of each circuit are listed below, but in my mind the real winners are the teams that raised more than the minimum required amount.
Four teams, Head Count ($1,090), Death on Arrival ($1,090), Balls of Fury ($700) and Total Chaos ($550.00), all raised more then 500 dollars!! Other teams raising over $200 each were; Hit n Run, Demolition Destroyers, Chaos, Green Mountain Dodgeball, Monster Energy, and South of Center.
For their efforts, both Total Chaos (Senior Circuit) and Balls of Fury (Junior Circuit) received a bundle of dodgeball clothes and memorabilia.
